- The role consists of:
- Personal management of a team of about 20 representatives while setting personal and team sales goals, and performing control.
- Accompanying and guiding the representatives to meeting sales goals within structured work routines.
- Responsibility for employee retention and providing a professional and personal response
- Team and personal training of representatives: making feedback, and evaluation conversations for representatives
- Responsibility for the promotion and personal and professional development of the representatives, recruitment and absorption of new representatives and their integration into the team
