POSITION TYPE: Full Time
SALARY: #120000 #200000
LOCATION: DOLPHIN ESTATE IKOYI LAGOS
WORK HOURS: 8:00AM 5:00PM.


Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment possess exceptional organizational abilities and exhibit a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • HND Degree/Bachelors degree/Masters Degree in Managerial /Administrative field.
  • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management/executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage social media and create content is a must.


Job Requirements:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives including managing calendars scheduling meetings and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders screening and prioritizing communications as necessary.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence presentations reports and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings conferences and events; prepare agendas and take meeting minutes when needed.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support executive decisionmaking processes.
  • Maintain executives office systems including filing systems and databases.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs handle matters expeditiously and follow through on projects to successful completion.
  • Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a corporate setting in Lagos.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.

Work Environment:
