VA - Central Sterile Processing Tech - 730am to 400pm Monday through Friday

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Central Sterile Processing Technologist. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Abingdon VA 2421

Assignment Start Date: 3/18/2024

13 weeks Days 8 hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours/week guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience: Previous LPN experience is preferred.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must have current and valid Sterile Proc. Tech Certification
• BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred

Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday with a possible weekend rotation.

Orientation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs. I can start the travel any Monday and you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.

Shift detail: The hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in the census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.

Radius Rule: The travelers permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospitals service area. The radius Rule is 100 miles to qualify as a traveler. Do not submit candidates that live within 100 miles of the facility. Please include the profile skills checklist and the following items: 1. Legal full name and last 4 digits of SS # 2.
