About the Rol

Reporting to the Head of Product the UX Designer will be tasked with crafting and improving user experiences across our clients digital products. Working in close collaboration with product managers developers and stakeholders youll be instrumental in developing interfaces that are both intuitive and captivating aligning with the requirements of both the business and users.

What Youll Do

• Conduct user research and testing to guide design decisions.
• Create user flows wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements and user stories.
• Generate highfidelity visual designs and specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Continuously analyze user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and adhere to best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of UX design experience.
• Advanced English level
• Bachelors or masters degree in design humancomputer interaction or related.
• Portfolio reflecting expertise in designing intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Proven experience in conducting user research and testing.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite or InVision.
• Bonus points for experience in Revenue Cycle Management platforms and Homecarerelated technology.
