Job Title: Unqork Developer Lead
Work Location: New York NY (Hybrid Onsite)
Technical Skills (Primary):
Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY):
Overall Requirement Responsibility & Soft Skills:
- 610 Years of overall experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building solutions on Unqork.
- Logical mindset to resolve complex business problems.
- Certification Associate Configurator (Mandatory) and Professional Configurator (Nice to have).
- Experience in the Insurance/Finance Domain.
- Strong Proficiency in programming languages e.g.: Java or .Net or Python or PHP
- Proficiency in webbased/UI development languages e.g.: JavaScript CSS HTML
- Experience working through the agile approach (Scrum) model of delivering solutions.
- Strong track record of being a key contributor to manage a team technically as well as mentor the junior members to achieve successful delivery on a large product or project.
- Knowledge of coding standards code reviews source control management build process testing and operations.
- Ability to assess application performance & optimize application code.
- Understanding of the technology landscape including open source commercial onpremises & cloudbased tools
- Ability to troubleshoot & debug issues.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with others and work in a team environment including analysts / developers / configurators / testers.
