UIUX Designer

Role: Sr. Web Designer (UI/UX) Developer (Must have 10+ Years of Experience) - Remote

***Must need Retail Experience and Mobile app experience

Job Description:

10+ years of experience with no oversight required to begin work. Expert in their assigned role with expert problem-solving skills. Able to lead teams, provide technical direction, problem-solving, and platform/library expertise, and requires no oversight to drive project/work efforts to completion. For developer skillsets, can perform as an analyst.

Job Summary (Provide a brief description of the primary functions of this position.):

Lead Design Thinking Workshop for Mobile App ideation in support of mobile app roadmap planning and creating animated prototype samples within an application such as xD, Keynote, or inVision

Creates Information Architecture diagrams

Creates Wireframes using design tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, Sketch

Conduct design review

Creates web/ app banners and content for in-app creative features

UAT as needed to ensure conformity with the design specs, and functionality

Create and maintain Universal Style Guide. Train other associates as needed on design standards and processes

Required Skills and Years of Experience (Provide the required skills and years of experience for this position.):

Experience planning, prototyping, and designing for web, mobile/tablet, connected devices, and other interactive experiences

Proficient with UX / UI principles, concepts, A/B testing

Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data

Knowledge of / experience in e-commerce

Excellent knowledge of usability, accessibility, and industry standards for the same

Experience with contemporary digital marketing analytics & design platforms

Ability to communicate, listen, present, and sell ideas internally

Detail-oriented and can prioritize time between multiple projects and be flexible by adapting to quickly changing schedules and different projects

Demonstrated skills in SEO & UX writing

Up to date knowledge of design S/W like Adobe illustrator and Photoshop.
