Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Informatics Computer Science or Engineering.
• 12 years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead role.
• Minimum of 10 years of technical experience with UiPath RPA solutions.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification 2023.
• UiPath Solution Architect Certificate is advantageous.
• Very good understanding of the UiPath Cloud Architecture.
• Strong technical expertise in software development.
• Experience leading software developers.
• Essential handson experience with UiPath RPA technology.
• Experience in UiPath VM configuration and setup.
• Experience in UiPath upgrades.
• Awareness and demonstrated ability to implement UiPath best practices for bot deployment.
• Experience with .Net Automatic Testing or other RPA tools.
• Programming languages proficiency such as C C# and Java.
• Exposure to Process Improvement Lean Six Sigma.
• Process Design and Process Improvement experience.
• Experience leading and managing project teams.
• Experience and certification with cloudbased technologies such as AWS or Azure is strongly preferred.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients stakeholders and team members.
• Professional experience and knowledge of the Banking Financial Services and Insurance industries are strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Automation in customer engagements during the presales phase conducting UiPath technical presentations POV s and POCs.
• Oversee the development of automation projects and components according to the solution design and requirements.
• Supervise testing deployment hypercare and monitoring stages.
• Review crucial pieces of code and facilitate knowledge transfer in the project team.
• Conduct code reviews to promote maintainable scalable code and ensure quality through testing practices and code quality checks.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle principles and technologies used.
• Encourage best practices provide support and guidance and understand new UiPath technologies and automation trends.
• Set and enforce quality standards by promoting best practices within the team.
• Bridge the gap between business and technology translating business requirements to the team and vice versa and communicating technical challenges and limitations to the business.
• Design UiPath Process Definition Documents.
• Ensure Use Cases are documented correctly.
• Propose Business Process Improvement/Reengineering.
• Define & Implement RPA Migrations.
• Ensure wherever possible the bot/code is reusable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
