Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highfidelity mockups visual designs and prototypes for Lead Flow Depots products and web interfaces using tools like Sketch Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Execute frontend development tasks including coding in HTML CSS and JavaScript to implement design visions into functional web elements.
• Lead the user experience design process encompassing user research wireframing and prototyping to ensure optimal usability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and marketers to integrate user experience design into all stages of product development.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design responsive and mobile design and frontend development to continuously improve our products and practices.
• Participate in agile development cycles providing design insights and iterations based on user feedback and analytical data.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating mockups visual designs and prototypes.
• Proficiency in frontend development with solid knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Indepth understanding of user experience design principles including user research wireframing and prototyping.
• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design ensuring optimal viewing and interaction across various devices.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies able to adapt to rapid iteration and feedback cycles.
