We are seeking a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our product/platform working closely with product managers engineers and other designers to create intuitive userfriendly interfaces that delight our users.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Design and prototype wireframes mockups and highfidelity prototypes using industrystandard tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research including usability testing and A/B testing to iterate and improve designs.
- Maintain consistency with our UI/UX style guide and ensure adherence to accessibility standards.
- Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and discussions effectively communicating your ideas and rationale.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or related role.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to create usercentered designs that are both beautiful and functional.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Bonus points for experience with converting the Figma design to initial HTML pages of a React application.
