UI UX Designer

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Design HCI or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design roles with a proven track record of driving
innovation and delivering results.
Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in usercentered design principles methodologies
and best practices.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and
build consensus at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking visionary mindset and ability to translate ideas into actionable design
strategies and initiatives.
Dynamic executor capable of driving execution and delivering results in a fastpaced and
dynamic environment.
Enthusiasm passion and commitment to driving designdriven transformation and growth.

Responsibility:
Ideate innovative design solutions and initiatives that enhance user experience and drive
engagement conversion and retention.
Lead the design process from concept to execution including user research wireframing
prototyping and user testing.

Drive the execution of key design projects and initiatives overseeing all aspects of design
development and implementation.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the design team fostering a culture of innovation
collaboration and excellence.

Act as a liaison between the design team and other departments ensuring effective
communication and alignment of design priorities.
