**Job Description:**
Were seeking a dedicated individual fluent in Dutch to join our team as a Travel Customer Service Representative. Your role will involve various tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction resolving issues and maintaining uptodate information.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer Inquiries: Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a positive resolution.
Update Information: Keep customers informed by providing accurate travelrelated information.
Update Documentation: Maintain accurate records by updating documentation and systems.
Ensure Satisfaction: Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Offer Guidance: Provide guidance and assistance to customers in navigating our services.
Analyze Issues: Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assess Reports: Evaluate reports and metrics to assess customer satisfaction levels.
Implement Fixes: Collaborate with teams to implement fixes and improvements.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Dutch (both written and verbal).
English at least B2
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computer systems and software applications.
Compensation:
Base salary: Competitive
Performance bonus: Up to 300 BGN (based on performance)
