We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Training Placement Officer.


Responsibilities:

Industry Collaboration:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals firms and organizations.
  • Facilitate partnerships to ensure a steady flow of student placements in reputed companies.

Training Programs:
  • Organize and oversee practical training sessions workshops and seminars to enhance students practical skills and industry readiness.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to design programs that align with current industry demands.

Career Guidance:
  • Provide personalized career counseling to students helping them understand the dynamics of the civil engineering job market.
  • Assist students in developing a strategic approach to their career development.

Placement Drives:
  • Plan coordinate and manage oncampus placement drives and offcampus interviews.
  • Liaise with companies to understand their hiring needs and ensure successful placement opportunities for students.

Alumni Network:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with alumni in the civil engineering field.
  • Leverage the alumni network to create career opportunities and mentorship programs for current students.

Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of student placements including tracking placement success rates.
  • Generate regular reports on placement activities for management and stakeholders.

Market Research:
  • Stay updated with industry trends and requirements to tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to understand evolving skill sets and job expectations.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in placement coordination or a related role within construction companies.
  • Background in training placement HR or management is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the civil engineering job market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
