Training and Content Executive - Automobile Industry

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Training and Content Executive to join an automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and delivering training programs for our employees dealers and other stakeholders. Additionally the candidate will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative content to support our training initiatives and enhance overall communication within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and refining presentations for accuracy clarity and alignment with the intended message.
• Sending training related bulletins & communications.
• Compilation of all training reports.
• Training data management Design and develop training programs for various departments including but not limited to sales customer service technical support and management.
• Coordinate with trainers/clients as and when required.
• Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that training programs align with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Develop a content strategy that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Generate clear concise and compelling written content for training materials manuals and other documents.
• Ensure consistency in tone style and messaging across all written content.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferably engineering or similar
• Good Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Willing to perform Admin functions.
• Understanding automotive terminology industry trends market analysis & technological advancements.
• Proven experience in designing content management and delivering training programs preferably in the automobile industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using multimedia tools and elearning platforms
• Knowledge of automobile industry trends and technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
