Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
Design and develop engaging training materials including presentations handouts and simulations.
Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional methods ensuring clear and effective communication.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
Stay uptodate on industry best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
Collaborate with HR leadership and department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.
Maintain training records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
Proven ability to design develop and deliver engaging training programs for Sales learners.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to assess training needs and develop measurable learning objectives.
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Suite.
