As a Sales Trainer in FTV your tasks will include:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Training Lead to join our team at Fashion TV India Pvt Ltd. As the Sales Training
Lead you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs
for our sales team. Your primary focus will be on equipping the salesforce with the necessary skills and
knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting training needs
Assessments
Developing training materials
Delivering engaging training sessions
Evaluating the effectiveness of the programs.
You will collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and continuously
enhance the training curriculum.
Experience Required:
1. Need minimum 4yr of experience in Training & Development process.
2. Budget for this role is maximum 50K.
3. Should be Graduate
4. Age criteria is 25 to 35
5.Preferrable candidates from Sales Background
