Trainer

Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis career paths and consultation with TLs & managers.
Ensuring job orientation for all the new joiners
Assess training needs through surveys interacting with employees and consultation with TLs & managers
Establish and execute a Univesity Program that covers all the aspects of business.
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
Conducting tests post training survey feedback to evaluate training effectiveness
Obtain organize or develop training procedure manuals guides or course materials such as handouts or visual materials
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Assess employees skills performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
Keep abreast of training trends developments and best practices
Offer customized training programs to help employees to maintain & improve job skills.
Develop & conduct product training to the customers
Evaluate modes of training delivery such as inperson or virtual to optimize training effectiveness
Exceptional with communication (English& Hindi) & presentation skills
Proficient using all Microsoft Tools (Office Excel Word PPT; Outlook Teams etc.
Be a single point of contact for all training programs
