Location Arlington Virginia
This position will work Hybrid 3 days oniste and 2 days remote. So we either find Local Candidates or Non Local candidates who are willing to RELOCATE.
Duration 12 to 24 months

Visa Status All OK. H1B Citizen GC GC EAD (who can join us directly) TN Visa all OK.
Pay Rate $50/hr to $58/hr on 1099/C2C.
Tosca Automation Engineer position
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of handson experience in test automation with a focus on TOSCA toolset and insurance domain expertise.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using TOSCA including modules reusable components and libraries.
- Indepth understanding of insurance industry concepts processes and systems such as policy administration claims management and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python with experience in scripting and test automation development.
- Solid knowledge of software testing principles methodologies and best practices including test design techniques risk analysis and defect management.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Relevant certifications in test automation Agile methodologies or insurance domain (e.g. ISTQB TOSCA Certified Professional) would be a plus.
