• Strategic Leadership &#x Client Key Accounting develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the Testing Automation unit through setting goals and objectives in alignment with the organizations mission
• Profit and Loss (P&#xL) Management own and manage the financial performance of the Testing Automation business unit ensuring optimized resource allocation for each project (including personnel and tools) Guarantee proper expenses monitoring budget and forecasting
• Team Leadership lead mentor and manage a team of testing automation professionals Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
• Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring client satisfaction through highquality testing automation services
• Project Management &#x Quality Assurance oversee and manage multiple testing automation projects concurrently Establish and enforce best practices and quality standards for testing automation Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance
• Technical Expertise stay updated with the latest testing automation tools and technologies Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
• Continuous Improvement drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Seek opportunities for innovation and automation within the testing process
• Operational responsibilities
• Examine any software bugs and highlight problem areas
• Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications
• Designing and installing software databases
• Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures
• Identifying quality issues and creating test reports
• Collaborate with the development team to solve application problems

• Good management skills regarding team and projects
• Bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or a similar field
• Previous experience as a QA automation engineer
• Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases
• Familiarity with script programming languages including Java and VBScript
• Excellent analytical skills
• Test automation management
• Knowledge of Selenium Webdriver Java TestNG JMETER TESTCAFE ( Nice to Have)
• Detailed knowledge of application functions bug fixing and testing protocols
• Good written and verbal communication skills
