Providing support to the customers via desktop solutions chat functions emails and calls.
Prioritizing customer queries and escalating serious technical issues to Lead/Developers.
Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics.
Learn and be proficient in all ERing Products.
Responding to escalated customer support issues.
Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer support tickets.
Should be flexible to work below listed 3 shifts on every semimonthly rotation:
9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
6:30 PM to 2:30 AM
