Job Title: Territory Sales Officer

Overview:As a Territory Sales Officer you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding the market reach of our companys products or services within a designated geographic area. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying and engaging with potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach to sales and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the territory and establish productive relationships to drive sales growth.
  3. Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs provide product/service demonstrations and address any concerns or inquiries.
  4. Proactively seek out new business opportunities through prospecting networking and lead generation activities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and analyses to management outlining progress challenges and opportunities within the territory.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions using CRM software or other designated tools.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments product knowledge and sales techniques through continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in sales preferably in a B2B or B2C environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Strong negotiation persuasion and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  5. Ability to work independently manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  6. Proficiency in using sales software and tools such as CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics platforms.
  7. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed and possess a valid drivers license.
  8. A selfmotivated and resultsdriven attitude with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
