A leading Canadian medical device manufacturer seeks an exceptional and highly motivated GTA Territory Manager to join their dynamic sales team.

You will be vital in expanding the presence of their unique sterilization devices within hospitals and private healthcare facilities.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the territory.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities establishing relationships with key decisionmakers in clinics and healthcare institutions.
  • Creative Solutions: Demonstrate creativity in developing innovative sales strategies and solutions to address customer needs.
  • Sales Closure: Utilize a hunter mentality to identify and close business deals.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics with a focus on medical device sterilization.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain longlasting relationships with healthcare professionals distributors and other stakeholders.


Requirements

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • A university degree or college diploma is valued but we are more interested in your sales career accomplishments and relatable industry experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • 3 years of successful sales experience preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Cardiac Catheterization laboratory or ENT clinic experience would be advantageous.
  • A demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with sterilization capital devices is an asset.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Hunter Mentality: Possess a proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
  • SelfDriven: Be a selfstarter who can work independently managing your schedule and priorities effectively.
  • Creativity: Think outside the box to develop innovative sales strategies.
OTHER
  • You must currently reside in the GTA (MississaugaNewmarketOshawa ON region) and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • A valid drivers license and daily access to an insured motor vehicle is required.
