Terminations Agent (Debt Review) Cape Town CBD

Our client a prominent debt review company in South Africa is committed to assisting numerous South Africans in attaining financial independence with a topnotch team. They emphasize fairness diversity and providing equal growth opportunities for all staff members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Addressing client queries and requests through email phone or inperson
  • Handling reconciliations of missed short and absent payments
  • Daily management of fresh desk tickets
  • Processing reinstatements and working on termination procedures for assets
  • Collaborating with attorneys to withdraw summonses
  • Negotiating with creditors
  • Developing and implementing plans
  • Resolving suspensions and reallocating funds

Qualifications:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in computer skills preferably Windows 10
  • Ability to work with Excel and Word
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in a similar setting
  • Extensive knowledge of Debt Review
  • Client management abilities
  • Analytical problemsolving skills




Understanding of industry regulations and best practices in credit repair.
