- 5 years current clinical experience required
- 2 years Occupational Health experience required
- MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) STRONGLY PREFERRED
- DOT Certification for Drug Screening STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Ergonomic Assessment Experience Preferred
- Phlebotomy Experience Strongly Preferred
- Valid Driver License Required
- AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. ANYTIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
