Overview:

The role of Telesales in our organization is vital for driving sales and revenue through proactive and persuasive communication with potential and existing customers. As a Telesales representative you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers over the phone effectively communicating the value of our products or services and ultimately closing sales. Your contribution to achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction will be instrumental in the success of our sales team and the company as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate calls to prospective customers to generate sales
  • Identify and qualify sales leads
  • Present products or services to potential customers
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Handle customer queries and provide product information
  • Document and update customer records accurately
  • Meet daily call quotas and quality standards
  • Adhere to sales scripts and guidelines
  • Provide feedback and input on sales processes
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain a positive and persistent attitude

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
  • Customer service orientation and problemsolving skills
  • Persistence and resilience in a targetdriven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to change
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to sales
