Overview:

The Telesales role is a key position within our organization responsible for driving sales and revenue through proactive outbound calling to potential customers. This position plays a critical role in promoting our products or services identifying sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of product and industry knowledge
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Document sales activities and customer interactions
  • Report on sales metrics and contribute to team performance
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively
  • Adapt to changes in sales strategies and products

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven
  • Resilience and persistence in a competitive sales environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in sales strategies and products
