Telesales Representative

Overview:

As a Telesales Representative you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and converting them into customers through outbound calling. This position is vital to the organization as it directly impacts revenue generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales calls to potential customers
  • Explain products or services to potential customers
  • Overcome customer objections
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products or services being sold
  • Document and update customer records in the companys database
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Provide information about product features prices and benefits
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
