Overview:

The Telesales position is a crucial role within our organization as it directly contributes to our companys sales targets and revenue generation. As a telesales representative you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our products or services. Your ability to effectively communicate build rapport and close sales over the phone will be instrumental in driving the companys success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales calls to potential customers
  • Explain product or service features to customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations over the phone
  • Utilize sales techniques to persuade customers to make a purchase
  • Manage and update customer databases with sales outcome
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Handle customer objections and offer solutions
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies
  • Document and update sales activity and customer information in the CRM system
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and principles
