Telesales Executive Remote in the UK

At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a telesales executive to owrk with one of our clients located in the UK: a multiawardwinning outbound B2B agency that helps companies generate new business through effective lead generation support.

Location: remote in the UK (could be hybrid in Glasgow)

Tasks for the telesales executive role

1. Achieving results for our customers is critical.
2. You must enjoy the challenge of finding & generating new sales opportunities and enjoy the buzz when these are created.
3. Outbound sales calls / telemarketing to other businesses (no consumer calls)
4. Generating leads and appointments
5. Focusing on quality over quantity to maximise overall results
6. As B2B telesales executive you will have a strong sales background and thrive in a fast paced target driven environment.

Requirements

1. 5 years telemarketing experience minimum
2. Outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales / call experience essential
3. Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team
4. People person
5. Good communicator
6. Proven track record
7. Selfmotivated
8. Good attitude with energy and passion to succeed
9. Someone with a genuine drive and willingness to get results for clients
10. A professional friendly and confident telephone manner

Benefits

1. Office hours are 8.45am 5pm Monday Thursday. 8.45am 4pm on a Friday with an early finish of 1pm if make target (45 min lunch break).
2. The salary is starting from 30k with uncapped comms circa 10k. The Commission is paid per appointment sat. They will have to hit a minimum amount of around 1215 appointments this will be confirmed at interview stage. The bonus is paid monthly.
3. There is also a short probation period of 12 weeks with a checkin at 4 weeks to make sure the candidate is on track.
