Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients.
  2. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and engagement.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions to meet client needs and requirements.
  6. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  7. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  8. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
  9. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitive analysis to management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology, software, or B2B industry.
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  5. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  9. Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in the face of challenges.
