Job Overview:
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and talented Telesales Executives to join our team. As a Telesales Executive you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer acquisition efforts primarily through phonebased interactions. We are specifically looking for female candidates to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers presenting our products or services persuasively.
Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
Listen to customer needs answer inbound inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
Coordinate with the field team schedule meetings
Close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
Key Qualities Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive abilities to effectively promote products and services.
Adept at active listening and understanding customer needs.
Selfmotivated and targetoriented.
Proficient with basic computer applications.
