Tasks
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our medical and diagnostic laboratory services
- Qualify leads by gathering information on potential clients needs and interests
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for targeting new clients
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM software
