• Organize and coordinate rollouts
• Deliver the project according to the Customer Contract, as well as monitor and control implementation and the Deployment Process.
• Ensure Ericsson’s operating procedures are followed by subcontractors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of all customer orders.
• Provide adequate and timely updates & reports to include measurements on delivery against planned dates.
• Plan and follow up of quality assurances & acceptance activities.
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
• Act as a point of contact for customer interface.
• Implement and ensure that local regulations relevant for the rollout of the project are followed.
• Handle work requests and compensation of ASP’S (Approved Service providers).
