Role and Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller at Credgenics your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and communicate our services. Your daytoday tasks will include explaining products or services scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Additionally you will be expected to achieve daily and monthly targets provide feedback on customer trends and collaborate with the sales and marketing team.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service would be advantageous.
