Kannada Tamil Telecaller WFH

This is a remote position.

• Conduct outbound calls to prequalified leads to introduce our loan products and their benefits.
  
• Effectively communicate product features and address customer queries in clear and concise Kannada & Tamil.
  
• Build rapport with potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  

Requirements

• Native or fluent Kannada speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or sales (experience in the banking sector a plus).
  
• Strong understanding of loan products and financial services (preferred).
  
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets.
  
• Positive attitude selfmotivated and a team player.
