Overview

The role of a Tele Caller is essential to the organization as they are the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers. Tele Callers play a crucial role in driving sales providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or issues.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements in order to offer solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and sales made.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information on products or services.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales efforts.
  • Conduct customer followups to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company offerings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Tele Calling Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive and resilient attitude in a fastpaced environment.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
  • Experience in telemarketing or coldcalling is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and occasional weekends.
  • Proven track record of successful sales or customer service results.
  • Ability to handle rejection and bounce back to achieve targets.
