Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking a Technology Innovation Solution Manager to support their technology team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Liaise with fintech communities (e.g. Cyberport, Science Park and ASTRI) and conduct research to discover and validate innovative technologies that enhance banking services as well as customer relations
Collaborating with solution vendors, internal IT resources and business stakeholders to conduct cost and benefit analysis as well as risks of adopting the innovative solutions
Define the high level solution architecture of innovation solutions with consideration of bank architecture
Responsible for PoC, development, implementation and maintenance of innovation solutions
Requirements
Requirements:
Experiences in technology research, study, innovation and exploitation is preferred
Proficient in technology discovery, application and implementation
Ability to master new technologies quickly and evaluate their effectiveness
Presentable, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, independent with excellent decision-making skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
