This is a remote position.
As a Technical Writer at tyfone you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services are welldocumented userfriendly and aligned with industry best practices. You ll work closely with crossfunctional teams to create clear concise and accurate technical documentation that helps our customers and internal stakeholders navigate our software products
Requirements
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Collaborate with product managers software engineers and subject matter experts to gather information and understand complex technical concepts.
- Produce highquality documentation including user guides API documentation release notes and tutorials tailored to various audiences.
- Revise and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy relevance and consistency.
- Manage documentation projects including planning scheduling and tracking progress.
- Ensure documentation compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
- Keep abreast of industry trends best practices and new technologies to continuously improve documentation processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
- 48 years of proven technical writing experience in the fintech or SaaS industry (preferred).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g. Markdown Adobe FrameMaker Confluence).
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technology stacks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with version control systems is a plus.
