Be part of our client s team as an HRIS Specialist. Revolutionize HR practices providing toptier support for the client platform engaging with clients troubleshooting issues and optimizing system use with your problemsolving skills.

Employment type: Full time
Shift: Dayshift (6:30 am to 3:30 pm Manila time)
Work setup: Hybrid Makati

Championing Excellence: Navigating Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients within the Humanforce help desk.
  • Respond promptly to client queries via phone email and online channels.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to clients addressing all aspects of the Humanforce solution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients understanding their issues and guiding them to optimize Humanforce usage.
  • Troubleshoot issues formulate solutions and communicate them in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Install and conduct thorough testing of the Humanforce application along with related hardware and software.
  • Perform repairs upgrades and replacements of solution components and hardware as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to conduct testing for new functionality before new version releases.
  • Identify training needs and offer coaching and training sessions for clients as required.
  • Provide support for software and user acceptance testing to the development team.
  • Work collaboratively with management to efficiently address client escalations.
Qualifications Unleashed: Crafting Your Success Story
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in an IT related degree.
  • Experience in providing firstlevel support via phone email and online.
  • Experience in supporting complex workforce management or similar applications.
  • Outstanding problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
  • Indepth knowledge of Windows OS.
  • Scripting and programming experience (Batch PowerShell bash) desired.
  • Working knowledge of creating SQL Scripts utilizing multiple tables.
  • Familiarity with Ticketing/CRM Systems.
  • Basic knowledge of IIS.
  • Understanding of Networking (RDP Remote App VPN SFTP).
  • A keen eye for detail and a logical mind.
  • Ability to work well with people.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and timelines.
  • Experience working for Software Vendors desired.
