Responsibilities:
Deploy Windows 10 laptops desktops or Mac computers for end users executing upgrades in accordance with predetermined timelines and processes.
Troubleshoot and offer postupgrade support to clients ensuring a swift return to normal operation following their upgrades.
Maintain inventory control and lifecycle asset management for enduser computing devices effectively managing assets in the inventory control system (ServiceNow).
What you will need to succeed:
Education and training in technical fields leading to certification (specific to products vendors or technical courses) is required. The certification should cover various aspects of personal computer support including proficiency in computer operating systems expertise in computer hardware repair and knowledge of PC configuration.
23 years of field support experience in either: end user support software support computer hardware configuration and/or repair help desk / service desk support.
Experience in PC operating systems with a preference for expertise in Windows 10 and familiarity with MAC PCs. Demonstrated skills in the setup and configuration of both operating systems along with experience in computer hardware repair and expertise in device connectivity including TCP/IP and network adapter configuration.
Solid understanding of network (WAN LAN VPN) and telephony systems.
Working knowledge of enterprise software tools such as Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Proficient communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience in interacting and collaborating with thirdlevel technicians/engineers is an asset.
Experience in managing competing demands and working in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Console 2012 is an asset.
Experience with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (EPO) Console ServiceNow Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
Proficiency in planning prioritizing and accomplishing goals with efficiency and productivity.
