- Monitoring and control of ongoing projects and activities.-
- Analysis and detection of complex faults.-
- Training and accompanying team members.
- Management experience in the technical world - mandatory (at least one year).- High sense of service, responsibility, excellent human relations.-
- High technical understanding for analyzing and locating complex faults.- Familiarity with SCCM systems, lean stations, CITRIX, central printing system, VDI environment - an advantage.
