Senior Technical Project Manager Data Engineering TSQL Project Management Agile Development Process Release Management Production Support Experience!

In this role the successful candidate will have technical leadership responsibilities for a team of 40 highly qualified Database Developers including a smaller team of production support DBAs and a larger group of highly skilled database developers. The role requires high level of technical competence communication working with global teams.

• Provide technical leadership driving delivery excellence
• Lead team of highly trained Database developers and ramp up team capability
• Communicate effectively with customers leadership and engineers
• Coordinating with US & India teams
• Identify risks early derive mitigation strategies and implement the same

• 15 years of experience in technical roles (including architect level) in Data Engineering areas.
• Handson Data Engineering coding experience of at least 5 years
• TSQL Expert
• Data architect with deep understanding of Optimization and sound knowledge on OLTP / OLAP / ER Diagram / Internal Engine / Index Tuning / Statistics / Execution Plans / SP Optimization / Partitioning / Normalization / Denormalization.
• Agile Development Process experience including some experience in Scrum Master role.
• Release Management knowledge. Continuous Integration & deployment knowledge.
• Incidents/Outage management knowledge

• Past experience in Production support environments both as IC (individual contributor) and as leader is required.
• Knowledge of SSIS SSRS Snowflake are nice to have
• Having been in Pager duty and/or managed people in pager duty is a nice to have.
