Technical Project Manager (Fluent English)

Be part of a team developing highly available, scalable, and secure Identity and Access Management services using the latest technologies including cloud ready architecture, latest identity protocols and fraud / security prevention. Tasks

• Own the delivery of product initiatives for a Delivery Group
• Work with Engineering Leads to run Agile ceremonies and groom backlogs for multiple engineering teams
• Hold retrospectives and Iterate on the Agile processes of the engineering teams within your Delivery Groups
• Work with Product Managers to review scopes before they are shared with larger groups of engineers
• Facilitate and guide discussions on the ideal Architectural implementation of new features between Engineering Leads
• Hold kickoff meetings and run recurring meetings to keep your multiple teams in sync and working towards delivery

Requirements

• 2 years of experience running cross-team / cross-functional projects
• 2 years of experience running Agile processes for multiple Engineering Teams
• Sharp, ambitious, organized, and takes ownership wherever possible
• Can grasp engineering considerations and communicate those out to non-technical individuals
• Has a love for the building and iteration of efficient processes
