Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a solid background in B2B
ecommerce Finance or Marketplace industries to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle from ideation to
execution ensuring the successful delivery of highquality customercentric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and prioritize product goals and
objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of the market industry trends and customer needs to
inform product strategy.
Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business
objectives and timelines.
Prioritize features based on market demands competitive landscape and
technological advancements.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product
requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable product specifications ensuring clarity and
feasibility.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of the product
roadmap.
Act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical teams fostering effective
communication and understanding.
Coordinate product releases ensuring timely and seamless delivery of features.
Conduct postlaunch analysis and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Utilize data analytics and market research to make informed product decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate product updates timelines and milestones to internal and external
stakeholders.
Work closely with sales marketing and customer support teams to ensure a unified
approach.
Champion usercentric design principles and collaborate with UX/UI teams for
optimal product usability.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
23 years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in B2B ecommerce
Finance or Marketplace industries.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and
technologies.
Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
