- The Technical Director is critical in shaping a companys technology roadmap and driving innovation.
- The Technical Director serves as a strategic leader for the IT department and oversees the development implementation and management of all technological aspects within an organization.
- The technical Director responsibilities include leading an organizations technological vision strategies and execution.
- The Technical Director collaborates closely with crossfunctional team members including the Developers Designers QA Engineers and the chief executive officer (CEO) product development marketing and operations to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
Preferred candidate should have a Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
MSC in a related field would be an added advantage. Should be wellversed in UI/UX design user research agile DevOps and cloudbased software development methods.
Minimum of 8 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role with a focus on fintech
Technical skills for CTO: proficiency in SQL Python Javascript et al are welcome.
The ideal candidate should possess handson experience leading technology teams particularly within the dynamic environment of a mobile banking /fintech industry along with a solid professional background in a Software Development Company
