- Preparing program plans and financial budgets aimed at developing the Technical Affairs Department with all its programs in line with the confidentiality strategic plan and the initiatives and programs contained therein.
- Coordinating the work of the Technical Committee and any other committees, preparing minutes of the sessions, and following up on the implementation of tasks.
- Preparing training and performance programs and distributing them to coaches, dancers, students and members of different teams.
- Coordinating the work of all programmes, activities, projects, festivals and technical schools organized by the Ramallah First Brigade or in which it participates.
- Follow up the management of technical schools and work on developing curricula and programs aimed at developing them and enhancing their position.
- Follow up on the affairs of the coaches, dancers, and students, and their files, and keep in touch with them.
