Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced technically minded solutionoriented Technical Consulting Manager for Automation. This clientfacing role will involve leading our automation team and driving transformative projects.

Its a handson position that involves collaborating with clients to discover define document and deliver toptier automation and lowcode solutions. Youll work closely with our team of consultants engineers and both internal and external technology partners to develop endtoend solutions that optimize processes drive efficiencies and yield tangible business outcomes.Automation. This clientfacing role will involve leading our automation team and driving transformative projects.

In this role youll drive growth and profitability through strategy development and implementation. Youll be responsible for project delivery accountability and we expect you to showcase a track record of adeptly managing client engagements fostering enduring client relationships and discovering new opportunities.

As a Technical Manager youll be expected to have a deep understanding of the technology landscape which ideally includes (but is not limited to) RPA IDP Microsoft Power Platform SAP and API integration. This will enable you to devise innovative solutions for intricate business challenges. Managing client relationships while providing thought leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies are key aspects of this role.


Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Utilize industry knowledge and past experience to identify and define timeconsuming complex business processes that can be automated.
  • Leverage technical expertise to guide business customers toward technologydriven solutions enhancing efficiency before automating and documenting processes into Process Design Documents (PDDs).
  • Understand client needs and align delivery efforts managing client expectations throughout the process.
  • Leverage client relationships to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create compelling proposals that differentiate the company s offerings and meet client needs.
  • Function as a clientfacing SAP advisor operating model consultant and process lead for one or more of Roboyo s Fortune 500 clients overseeing project scope budget and timeline.
  • Actively collaborate with Solution Architects and Automation Leads in designing solutions for complex problems.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the technology landscape to formulate and execute growth and profitability strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices driving continuous improvement within the team.
  • Estimate scope identify assumptions and effectively communicate process complexities to the team and the client.
  • Work with client Application (including SAP) teams to provision and test roles that enable automation.


Requirements

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the SDLC with at least 2 years focused on automation
  • At least 1 year of experience in writing code ideally with a focus on automation.
  • Proven track record in managing client engagements and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and business process design.
  • Expertise in a specific industry or industries understanding their unique needs (e.g. Manufacturing Healthcare Government).
  • Proficiency in consulting covering areas such as strategy operations technology or finance.
  • Proven history of understanding and utilizing various APIs.
  • Handson experience with SAP or Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling the building and maintenance of robust client relationships.
  • Background in finance or accounting.
  • Understanding of presales cycles.
  • Experience in delivering executive presentations showcasing your ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and professionalism.
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.

Nicetohave qualifications & competencies

  • Experience with UiPath or other RPA tools
  • Proficiency in SQL Powershell Python or Azure.
  • Experience managing a team of consultants with the ability to provide guidance and support to uphold the highest service quality
  • MBA or other advanced degree
