The Role

As a Tech Support Specialist youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our ticketing platform. Your responsibilities will span from rolling out new features and integrations to providing topnotch customer support especially during highdemand periods such as Christmas events and early preparations for the following year.

Responsibilities:

1. Rollout and Integration: Lead the rollout of new features and integrations ensuring a smooth transition for users.
2. Customer Support: Devote a significant portion of your day to promptly responding to emails and providing excellent customer support.
3. Refunds and Event Creation: Handle refund requests and assist in creating events on the platform.
4. CRM Expertise: Utilize your previous experience with CRM systems particularly HubSpot and Air Cool and assist in managing customer data effectively.
5. Payment Processing: Manage payment processes including interactions with Zero and Stripe platforms.

Requirements:.

• Tech Support Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in tech support and seniorlevel customer service.
• CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in working with CRMs especially HubSpot and Air Cool is highly beneficial.
• NicetoHave: Familiarity with integrations involving Mailchimp QuickBooks and other platforms is a plus.
