What the role entails

Some of the key responsibilities of our Tech Lead will be:

Lead a team in their technical approach direction and execution.

Accountable for the quality of the technical deliverables for the team.

Scoping complex tasks coordinating team towards solving them and unblocking them along the way.

Collaborate with Product Owner / Team Lead if backlog needs to be shuffled or estimated.

Responsible for providing technical feedback and advice to dev team members.

Conducts functional technical analysis and design as well as technical reviews.

Contributes to the software architecture.

Contributes to the team and clan by sharing knowledge and experience.

Coaches and mentors team members in the tech area.

Staysuptodatewith the latest trends in the tech community to identify improvements and benefits on team/clan level.

Align with platform architect for overall architecture technical strategy and vision for platform.

What knowledge/experience we ask of you

• .NET C#
• .Net Core
• Microsoft SQL Server pref. 2014 and newer
• Amazon Services
• Web services (SOAP/REST)
• Backend development
• Frontend development
• Unit testing
• A strong desire for continuous learning.
• Good oral and written skills in English

It would be a plus if you have experience in:

• Container technology ECS and dockers
• CloudFormation / CDK
• Angular / React / JavaScript
• UX / UI design experience
• TeamCity
• GIT
