Tech Lead - Frontend

• NextGen Web Applications: Develop efficient and reusable web applications with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Consumer Experiences: Explore and design dynamic and compelling consumer experiences that set new standards in usability and engagement.
• Architect & Develop: Architect develop and rigorously test highly interactive frontend web applications and reusable components using the latest web technologies and frameworks.
• Best Practices: Identify and communicate best practices for application architecture ensuring highquality code and robust solutions.
• Scrum Team Collaboration: Participate actively in all phases of the software development cycle as a vital member of a Scrum team collaborating with Product Managers Designers and Backend developers.
• Quality Obsession: Obsess over the quality of the product and code maintaining a keen eye for detail in every aspect of development.
• Team Leadership: Leverage your experience to lead a team of frontend developers providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers Designers and Backend developers to implement versatile frontend solutions that align with business objectives.
• Design & Code Reviews: Actively participate in design and code reviews to ensure the development of robust applications and prototypes.
• Tech Enthusiast: Stay abreast of upcoming standards endorse new technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our frontend development processes.

• Qualifications: Hold a Bachelors Degree in Technology or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
• JS Frameworks: Handson experience in any JS framework like React or Vue.js.
• Technical Expertise: Indepth knowledge of JavaScript functional programming and ObjectOriented JS.
• HTML & CSS Mastery: Proficiency in HTML CSS and CSS postprocessors with a focus on creating elegant User Interfaces.
• Team Leadership: Previous experience leading a team of frontend developers.
• API Familiarity: Familiarity with RESTful API.
• Development Tools: Experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools such as Babel Webpack Yarn NPM etc.
• Passion for UI: Passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces using HTML and CSS with a customercentric mindset.
