Position: Team Leader (TL)
Experience: Minimum 45 Years in Team Handling
Vertical : Lead Processing Unit Department (Presales)
Location: Santacruz West Mumbai
Role Overview: As a Team Leader in the Lead Processing Unit at FashionTV you will
play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations ensuring targets are met and fostering a highperformance culture within the team.
Key Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of BDEs in the Lead Processing Unit.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities to achieve team targets.
Provide coaching training and support to team members.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Monitor and report on team performance and individual KPIs.
Requirement
Minimum 45 years of experience in team handling.
Ability to work on the ground as a caller if needed.
Highly motivated with excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to build train and nurture a highperforming team.
Demonstrated commitment ownership and a proactive approach.
